Urban Judge founded YouthTV in 2020 at just 13 years old while attending a youth centre in Kempston, Bedford. Driven by a passion to create opportunities for young people, Urban launched the platform’s flagship programme, The Show with Urban & Michelle, which ran monthly from 2021 to 2024. His vision and determination helped transform YouthTV from a community initiative into an award-winning youth media organisation.

As Group CEO, Urban oversees YouthTV’s strategic direction, growth, and long-term vision. His responsibilities include leading the development of new initiatives, driving innovation, and ensuring YouthTV continues to empower young people through creative media opportunities. Urban also plays a key role in maintaining a strong organisational culture and ensuring YouthTV’s values are reflected in every project delivered.

The CEO doesn’t work alone — Urban is supported by Company Directors and a Board of Advisors who provide guidance, oversight, and expertise across different areas of the organisation. Together, they collaborate on strategic decision-making, operational planning, and partnerships that shape YouthTV’s future. This collective leadership ensures that YouthTV continues to thrive as a platform built for young people, by young people.
