Before officially joining YouthTV, Bella contributed to the organisation's Culture and Wellbeing articles, bringing her voice to conversations about what it means to build a healthy, supportive team culture. In January 2026, she joined YouthTV formally as Director of Education.

Following a team restructure, Bella was appointed Chief People Officer, also assuming the Group Chief of Staff role. As Chief People Officer, she is responsible for the people function across the organisation, including culture, wellbeing, and team development. As Chief of Staff, she works closely with the CEO and leadership team to coordinate strategic priorities, oversee organisational operations, and ensure the wider team is aligned and supported in delivering YouthTV's mission.

Bella's dual role places her at the centre of how YouthTV operates day to day, ensuring the organisation runs smoothly while its people remain supported, valued, and equipped to do their best work.
