As a passionate group of young people and young adults working on our TV show, we may not have all the formalities of an established business, but we take our roles and responsibilities seriously. We maintain a professional attitude while channeling our creativity and enthusiasm into producing a captivating show. Despite the absence of official procedures, we value organisation and communication, ensuring that everyone's ideas are heard and considered. Moreover, we prioritize safety on set, and everyone looks out for one another, creating a supportive and respectful work environment. As we continue to grow and learn together, we aim to develop more structured processes while never losing sight of our youthful energy and determination to make our content a success.
