As a passionate group of young people and young adults working on our content, we take our roles and responsibilities seriously.

We maintain a professional attitude while channelling our creativity and enthusiasm into producing a captivating show. We value organisation and communication, ensuring that everyone's ideas are heard and considered. We prioritise safety on set, and everyone looks out for one another, creating a supportive and respectful environment. As we continue to grow and learn together, we aim to develop more structured processes while never losing sight of our youthful energy and determination.
