The Place Theatre is a state-of-the-art, pioneering and vibrant 125-seat theatre in Bedford. Established in 2003, this volunteer-run, non-profit space features a diverse year-round programme encompassing contemporary drama, musical theatre, folk music, comedy, and family entertainment. 

Recently, they have undergone significant development to improve the user experience in the auditorium. Sightlines and general viewing for many of the seats have been enhanced, making the audience experience better than ever! Accessibility has been improved, and they have also removed the lower, wide step down onto the auditorium floor for improved safety. 

If you hold a certain seat, not to worry! Reconfigurations and adjustments have been made so you will be directed to your assigned seat without issue. The Place Theatre hopes you will enjoy the new arrangements!
