IBRAHIM LATIF

Chief Finance & Sustainability Officer

Ibrahim Latif joined YouthTV in August 2025 after connecting with the team at the YouthTV Connect event. Inspired by the organisation’s mission, he expressed a clear vision for the future and now oversees Finance, Sustainability and Partnership work. With an entrepreneurial background and extensive experience in financial management, Ibrahim brings a wealth of expertise to the leadership team.

by The Harpur Trust and Bedford School. His team's project initiative focused on the regeneration of Bedford Town Centre, exploring how vacant buildings could be repurposed for meaningful community use. As part of the project, Ibrahim engaged with members of Bedford Borough Council’s Executive Team and the Bedford & Kempston MP, demonstrating his ability to combine strategic thinking with social impact.

At YouthTV, Ibrahim’s role is pivotal in ensuring financial stability and driving sustainability initiatives that align with the organisation’s values of engaging, educating and empowering young people. His work strengthens partnerships and supports long-term growth, enabling YouthTV to deliver bold, authentic content and innovative projects.

Ibrahim works closely with Urban Judge FRSA and the leadership team to maintain strong governance and future-focused planning. His collaborative approach ensures YouthTV continues to thrive as one of the UK’s leading youth-led production companies.
