We are seeking a dedicated Producer for Local and Community Content for the YouthTV Programme. This role focuses exclusively on creating and curating content that highlights local community stories and events, ensuring that national content is effectively linked to the local town and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
•Develop and produce engaging local and community-focused content for the YouthTV Programme.
•Collaborate closely with the Programme Editor and Executive Producer to source, create, and execute content that resonates with local audiences.
•Monitor and incorporate the latest trends and community developments into the programme.
•Fact-check all content for accuracy and compliance with media laws.
•Draft articles for the YouthTV website that support and enhance video content.
•Report to the Executive Producer on content progress, performance, and updates..
