You do not need a formal project management background, just strong organisational skills, great communication, and the commitment to see it through from the very first planning meeting to the final curtain. -
Executive Support Coordinator
Support the production of YouthTV's content across verticals, helping bring shoots, recordings, and digital output to life behind the scenes.

Someone who is ready to learn what it really means to support a leadership team. You do not need years of experience, just great organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to be the person everyone in the room can rely on. -
Social Media Coordinator
Create and schedule social content across platforms, grow engagement, track trends and report on what's working.

Someone who lives and breathes social media and has ideas about how to make a young audience stop scrolling. You do not need a huge following or years of experience, just creativity, an eye for what works online, and the enthusiasm to grow something real. -
Production Assistant
Support the production of YouthTV's content across verticals, helping bring shoots, recordings, and digital output to life behind the scenes.

Our ideal person
Someone with a passion for content and a willingness to get stuck in behind the scenes. You do not need a showreel or a portfolio, just curiosity, reliability, and a genuine excitement about what it takes to bring great content to life. -
Finance Coordinator
Support the day-to-day running of YouthTV's finances, keeping records accurate, expenses processed, and the finance team moving.

Group Operations ManagerOur ideal person
Someone who is comfortable working with numbers and understands that good financial admin is what keeps an organisation running properly. You do not need a finance degree, just attention to detail, a methodical approach, and a willingness to learn how a growing CIC manages its money. -
Project Coordinator
Keep YouthTV's projects on track, coordinating timelines, actions, and communications across teams to make sure things get done.

Someone who likes knowing what is happening, when it is happening, and who is responsible for making it happen. You do not need a project management qualification, just strong organisational skills, clear communication, and the ability to keep things moving even when things get busy.
HOW OUR ROLES WORK
Real experience, built around you
Most roles are T Level Industry Placements - part-time, placement-based hours designed to fit around studies and existing commitments.
Some are voluntary with fair expenses covered for travel, food and events.
Every placement comes with a structured induction, regular feedback, mentoring and a reference on successful completion.
