Krish joined YouthTV in 2021 as a Production Assistant, working on The Show. He quickly honed his skills and showcased his talent, moving on to work on Afternoon Tea during the summer of 2022. In 2023, Krish became Head of Production, leading major projects and supporting YouthTV's growth.

Since joining, Krish has worked across nearly every role at YouthTV, giving him a rare depth of understanding of the organisation from the ground up. Following a team restructure in 2025, Krish was appointed Chief Content Officer, responsible for all content output across the group. He works closely with YouthTV's own podcasts and partner podcasts, focusing on how each show can grow its audience and build a stronger connection with its viewers.

His experience and creativity have been instrumental in delivering bold, authentic content that reflects YouthTV's mission to engage, educate and empower young people.

Working at YouthTV has opened doors for Krish beyond the organisation itself. It gave him the platform to work with respected organisations including The Harpur Trust and Bedford Giving, and inspired him to start his own video production company, applying the skills and insights gained from his time at YouthTV to make a wider impact.

Krish works closely with the leadership team to maintain strong governance and innovation. His collaborative approach ensures YouthTV continues to thrive as one of the UK's leading youth-led production companies.
