Chief Operations Officer
Krish Gupta joined YouthTV in 2021 as a Production Assistant, working on The Show. He quickly honed his skills and showcased his talent, moving on to work on Afternoon Tea during the summer of 2022. In 2023, Krish became Head of Production, leading major projects and supporting YouthTV’s growth.

Following a team restructure in 2025, Krish was appointed Chief Operating Officer, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects across the organisation. His experience and creativity have been instrumental in delivering
bold, authentic content that reflects YouthTV’s mission to engage, educate an empower young people.

Krish’s journey at YouthTV has not only shaped his leadership role but also inspired him to start his own video production company. He has worked with respected organisations including The Harpur Trust and Bedford Giving, applying the skills and insights gained from his time at YouthTV to make a wider impact.

Krish works closely with the leadership team to maintain strong governance and innovation. His collaborative approach ensures YouthTV continues to thrive as one of the UK’s leading youth-led production companies.
