Urban Judge FRSA is the founder and Group CEO of YouthTV CIC, a leading youth-led media organisation established in 2020. Urban provides strategic leadership and oversees YouthTV’s Central Services team, which includes Operations, Finance, HR, ICT, Partnership Work and Marketing. He also led the organisation’s major rebrand and refresh in 2025, ensuring YouthTV remains relevant and impactful for young audiences.
