20 Years of Wireless Festival

The annual Wireless Music Festival returns to Finsbury Park, London, celebrating two decades of music and culture with a star-studded lineup. The three-day event is set to take place from 11th July to 13th July, 2025.

Wireless began as a pop and rock festival in Hyde Park, London, in 2005 and since then has evolved into the UK’s biggest hip-hop and R&B music festival. The festival attracts a huge number of global fans, and an estimated 50,000 people are expected to attend each day of the 2025 festival.

Drake is set to headline all three nights of the festival. Alongside Drake, the lineup features other major international stars such as Burna Boy, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Boy Better Know, Summer Walker, and dancehall star Vybz Kartel, embracing a diverse range of genres of music like hip-hop, R&B, grime, Afrobeats, and dancehall.

Wireless 2025 will introduce a collaboration with the V&A Museum and artist-in-residence Michael Akuguagwu, featuring ‘Pass the Aux’ – an on-site Polaroid photo installation inspired by West African studio photography. All the festival attendees will be able to share personal song recommendations through Polaroid snapshots. This aims to capture the shared musical joy and connection.

In the past, Wireless has hosted some of the world’s most popular hip-hop, grime, and R&B artists, like Rihanna, Kanye West, Travis Scott, Jay Z, Cardi B, and Nicki Minaj.

The closest stations to get to the festival grounds would be Finsbury Park Tube and Manor House.
