Q:alliance is the LGBTQ+ Charity for Milton Keynes and Bedford, offering a range of services for young people, adults and organisations alike. Our mission is to create a safe & thriving LGBTQ+ community where everyone is empowered to be their true selves. 

We provide crucial safe environments, vital resource signposting, and help foster visibility and acceptance across schools and public services in and around Milton Keynes and Bedford. Whether you’re a young person seeking community or an adult wanting connection, Q:alliance welcomes all identities and journeys. 

Adults: 

Meet like-minded people from the LGBTQ+ community at our safe spaces and events across Milton Keynes. Whether you're looking for a casual evening out or a chance to connect with others who share similar experiences, we have something for everyone. 

Youth: 

At Q:alliance, we pride ourselves on developing young people’s sense of community through diverse and inclusive social spaces, projects and wellbeing activities, in and outside of education settings. We offer support for those in their networks including teachers. We operate spaces across Bedford and Milton Keynes, including youth groups and access to support. 

Training: 

Our training sessions offer an ideal opportunity to engage, educate, and empower your teams with vital LGBTQ+ knowledge. Whether you’re looking to build a more inclusive workplace, improve staff understanding, or meet specific diversity and inclusion goals, our training can be tailored to meet the unique needs of your organisation, school or community group.
